Interactive Voice Response
Provide participants with an automated ‘voice guided’ survey experience. We provide interactive voice response surveys that enable individuals to dial a phone number and participate when and where it’s most convenient for them! Many of our clients use this as a way to audit in-store experiences, and more.
Mobile / Web
Provide your store goers with a code to SMS text and they will receive mobile surveys. Mobile respondents can opt to participate via text message (SMS) or WAP/browser based. We can recruit respondents to participate in mobile surveys from the Toluna panel!
